Company Profile - Screen Printing Department
You can feel confident that the screen printing from Sportop Marketing
will last years because of our fine workmanship and our excellent machinery.
Our computerized, automatic, screen printing machines (with cool-down
areas and spot dryers) ensure a quality print. Our main screen printing
machine can print 500 shirts an hour.

the ink stays there permanently.

We use a screen printing number machine to give the best results on sports
jerseys. Many screen printing companies will use a heat press machine
for numbers that gives the garment a stiff feel and the numbers will
often peel off over time. Our screen print machine is permanent and
the numbers are flexible.

Screen printing process requires that each colour is printed separately,
using different screens. The first colour applied to this shirt is
white and then the shirt is "spot dried" and then the green
colour is printed. We can do up to 9 different colours.

Mark is working on name bars that get sewn on the back of jerseys.
The garments are sent through our Sprint Modular Gas Dryer with high-forced
air, to cure the ink at 204°C (400° Fahrenheit). Sportop has
screen printing equipment for flat garments (shirts, towels, etc.), caps,
as well as, a specialized number printer to screen print numbers on athletic
uniforms.
