Q: Are there discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, if you order more than 24 units or more please deduct 5%, for orders of 100 units or more please deduct 9%.
Please note the Bowater has already secured you bulk order pricing; therefore, we cannot offer more discounts.
Q: What size should I order?
Each product on the web site, has a link to a sizing chart for that manufacturer's garment. Each manufacturer has different sizes so if you are ordering product from different companies make sure to choose your sizes appropriately.

No, each monitor and computer system will display colours slightly differently.

Q: Is this web site secure?
Yes. First we use a professional hosting company dedicated to high level security. This company pays a third party to try and hack into their systems on a daily basis. If any security breaches are found, the hosting company has 24 hours to fix it. Sportop purchased uses SSL, 128 bit encryption on this site, which means that any information you enter on our web site is encrypted before being sent over the Internet. Q: Can I return an order?

- Yes, if the product is defective.
- Yes, if we have not embroidered it yet. (If cancellation occurs immediately prior to production, set up fees are not reimbursed. One of the sales representatives can answer this question for you.)
